Well, I am so going to type a long post. So readers, bear with me. It's much of related to LIA & the results of the 9th Batch Excos.
Firstly, I would like to congratulate all those who made it.

Hazieqa.
Sean LIM.
& 3 others whom I really can't remember.
Secondly, for those who didn't make it.
You don't have to feel sad, angry, etc. Like what my committee head always tells me.
" Leadership is about action, not position. "
You guys should follow likewise. Show the Prefect Teachers that YOU guys can lead the same way with or without these exco positions. PROVE IT TO THEM THAT THEY MADE A HUGE MISTAKE IN NOT CHOOSING YOU. SHOW THEM YOU CAN LEAD WHETHER OR NOT YOUR A STUDENT, PREFECT, EXCO, CCA EXCO. Because as you all know, NO POINT CRYING OVER THIS. What's done cannot be undone. If the teachers think these people deserve this position. Go ahead, respect their decision. You just do your part as a prefect/student and you still can lead the school. Trust me, look on the brighter side. No point harping on it. Move on.
Okay, now 'dedication' time.
For people like Khairil, don't think you can't take up the position. Believe in yourself. Radhi didn't make it not because he wasn't good enough. But he is just better in some other positions ! For all you might know he might even excel better without this position. So move on, do your best in the next 1 and a half year. Cheer up alright ? :) Always believe in yourself.
For both Radhi & Azmi,
Do not be upset you did not get the position. I know you worked very hard for it. I too worked for it but due to some reasons, I gave up hope halfway. I expected you or Azmi to take up the position of Head Prefect. Even the least, an exco. But sadly, you guys didn't make it. BUT. It doesen't matter. Like I mentioned, you don't have to lead with a position. YOU both are a leader. A great one. So continue doing your part as a prefect working together with the other excos and prefects, you can too contribute to the school one way or another. Regardless of how big the contributions are, it's still a contribution no matter what.
Well, overall. I'm really disappointed in the results. Disappointed the way how the teachers handled it. Though I know it's really hard to be fair. I know they tried their best to be fair. *I hope. I won't know. People who didn't even go for the interview & LIA can make it in ? It's like obviously biased. What have they contributed to the school ? Maybe I have not seen it, therefore I won't say much. But many other people shares the same view. For example. Sean Lim, have you guys ever seen him doing something, like perhaps I'm not criticising but in my point of view, I didn't expect him to become an exco. Because he's those quiet type, shy not having the qualities of a made leader. But yeah, I respect the teachers decision. If they think he's up for it. So be it, I respect that.
As for someone. That's what pisses me off the most.
Firstly, she did not attend LIA. Okay, fine with that.
Secondly, she did not make it for the interview. & she's made it to the Prefect Exco ?!?! What the heck ? She's those bochup type and she attend CCAs lesser than me and a few others and she's selected ?! I missed YFC CCAs with VALID REASON. And Mr Vicknesh is already on my back asking for a letter and evidence to prove it. How the hell they trust her more than me ? :( Hahaha.
What pisses me off even more is that other people who are not selected for the interview can somehow talk to the teacher and they end up getting in the interview ?! YOU CALL THAT FAIR ? YOU CALL THAT UNBIASED ? YOU TELL ME WHAT'S FAIR. YOU ARE THE ONE WHO SAID THAT IF YOUR NOT IN THE INTERVIEW YOU WON'T BE SELECTED OR IF SOMEONE ASKS FOR A SLOT YOU WON'T GIVE IT TO THEM. BUT NOW ? SOME OF THE PEOPLE JUST WENT UP TO ONE OF THE TEACHERS AND SHE GAVE THEM A SLOT. I DON'T KNOW FOR WHAT REASON BUT YA. But, hey. I'm pissed because THESE PEOPLE TOOK UP THE SLOTS OF PEOPLE WHOM I THINK ARE FAR MORE BETTER THAN THEM. PEOPLE LIKE AZMI AND RADHI WHO DESERVE THE POSITION. Phew, that's a hell long of capital words.
Okay, I'm almost done. Ran out of things to rant about. Shall update if there's more.
Oh, fyi. No insults intended at anyone. Just ranting how I view this results thing. To Sean, no hard feelings alright ? Just saying it from the bottom of my heart. :) As for the people who asks the teachers for a slot. I know there are a number of them, but I don't know who are they, so yah. People out there don't be misjudged. If you didn't do it, then I'm not referring to you. :)
